Our Company

Horst Rottler Maschinenbau GmbH was founded by Horst Rottler in Siegen-Gosenbach, Germany, in 1970. In the beginning, our machines were designed in-house and then manufactured by our partner companies.

ROTTLER machine tools are designed and developed in close dialogue with our customers according to project-related requirements. When designing, we rely on a large base of tried and tested components from machines that have already been manufactured and have been used worldwide.

History

In 1985, the subsidiary company A.M.A. Anlagen Maschinenbau Automation GmbH was founded in Mudersbach-Birken, Germany. This company is entirely owned by Horst Rottler Maschinenbau GmbH. Since then, the company has had a 2,500 m² production facility and a 20-ton crane, as well as a 220 m² office building. Ever since then, the design, electrical engineering and assembly of our machines have all been taking place in one place.

In 1989, Ralph Rottler was the second generation to join the company. In 1990, a new branch was opened in Chemnitz. In 2001, the company purchased an additional 1,200 m² assembly facility, a 30-ton crane and a 10-tone crane in Mudersbach.
In keeping with the 50th anniversary of Horst Rottler Maschinenbau GmbH in Mudersbach in 2020, the A.M.A. Anlagen Maschinenbau Automation GmbH and Rottler Maschinenbau Chemnitz merged into this. Our company still has a branch and service point in Scheibenberg / Saxony.
Our number of staff has been increasingly continuously to take on growing tasks.

Today, the Rottler group employs more than 50 people in construction, electrical engineering, and assembly work. In addition to that, we have seven apprentices in construction, “dual vocational training”, power plant electronics and industrial mechanics.
