DBR 1400 / 3000
The ROTTLER Lathe for Aluminium Ingots DBR 1400/3000 was specially developed for processing round aluminum ingots, which are used as feed material for aluminum extrusion presses. The DBR 1400/3000 is a tailor-made special machine designed for large and heavy aluminum ingots. Loading takes place via a specially designed gripper, which places the ingot on the prism. The prism then positions the aluminum ingot at the center of rotation so that the ingot can be clamped by the face drivers. At the same time, the machine hoods close to ensure maximum protection during machining. The operator can follow the machining process live through a camera.
