DV 6000
A special clamping device on the processing center's face plate holds the ring-shaped workpieces in place. A column-type processing unit carries out the different steps: lathing, milling, drilling. For this, the machine is fitted with four NC path controlled motion axes, in combination with the face plate drive. In addition to that, it features different replaceable heads. The face plate is powered by a digital, highly dynamic, 100 kW AC drive. Siemens Sinumerik 840 D control system.
