Apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
You want to apply your technical talent and manual skills and work with metallic materials. You are enthusiastic about modern machines and complex systems and are interested in their installation and maintenance.
Your education
starts with a 3-month basic training course in which you learn the basics of metalworking and how to handle the materials. You will then learn how to assemble individual assemblies and the complete assembly of new and used machines in our company. In addition to assembly, you will also learn how to machine and manually process parts and manufacture machine components. There is particular variety through on-site assignments with our customers, e.g. for commissioning machines or repair and maintenance work. This often requires not only manual dexterity and logical thinking, but also a polite and sensible manner. As a trained industrial mechanic, you will be responsible for the assembly and commissioning of our machines as well as for the maintenance and overhaul of older machine tools. You will work alone or in a team and will always be in contact with the design department and the electronics engineers. In addition to the operational activities, you will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge at vocational school. As we are based on the border of North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate, you can choose your own vocational school!
